5. APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise expressly indicated in this Rate

Schedule or in an Effective FT-1 Firm Service Agreement,

all of the General Terms and Conditions contained in this

FERC Gas Tariff, including any future modifications,

additions or deletions, from and after their effective

dates, are applicable to Firm Transportation service

rendered under this Rate Schedule and, by this reference,

are incorporated and hereby made a part of this Rate

Schedule.
