9. ADDRESS OF PARTIES

Every request, notice, statement and bill provided for in this Service Agreement

shall be in writing and each of them and every payment provided for herein shall

be directed to the party to whom given, made or delivered at such party's address

as follows:

SHIPPER -

Either party may change its address by giving written notice to the other

party. Any notice of changed address hereunder shall be deemed to have been

given at the end of the third (3rd) working day after the day such notice has

been deposited in a United States Post Office with requisite postage thereon.

10. ADJUSTMENTS TO RATE SCHEDULE AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sections to the Rate Schedule GPS and/or the General Terms and Conditions are

to be adjusted for the purpose of this Service Agreement, as specified below:

11. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

IN WITNESS THEREOF this Service Agreement has been duly executed by the parties
