Section 7 (c) of the NGA with respect to any such delivery

lateral pipeline. Nothing in the General Terms and Conditions

of this Tariff shall prevent Crossroads from contesting an

application for service filed pursuant to Section 7(a) of the

NGA. Crossroads reserves the right to seek a waiver of the

policy set forth herein, for good cause shown, during any

proceeding before the Commission instituted under Section 7

of the NGA.

37. ORDER OF DISCOUNTS

The first item of the overall reservation charge discounted will

be the GRI surcharge followed by the base rate reservation charge

and then the ACA surcharge.

38. GISB STANDARDS

Crossroads has adopted all of the Business Practices and Electronic

Communication Standards that were incorporated in 18 C.F.R. § 284.10(b)

in accordance with Order Nos. 587 et al. In addition to the

standards which are reflected in other provisions of this tariff,
