provided. Any such overrun service will be provided subject to the

scheduling of such quantities by Crossroad's at specific receipt

and delivery points and payment of the effective rates and

charges under Rate Schedule IT-1.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The effective General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas

Tariff are applicable to this Rate Schedule and made an integral

part hereof.

9. RESERVATIONS

Crossroads reserves the unilateral right from time to time to

make any changes to, or to supersede, the rates, charges and any

terms stated in this Rate Schedule and the applicability thereof,

the General Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service, and

any other provisions of Crossroads' FERC Gas Tariff subject to

the provisions of the Natural Gas Act and the Commission's

Regulations thereunder. Shipper reserves the right to protest

any such changes.
