In addition to the above rates and charges, all Shippers shall be assessed applicable ACA and GRI

surcharges.

To be charged pursuant to Section 25 of the General Terms and Conditions

A unit rate of $0.0021 per Dth shall be charged pursuant to Section 26 of the General Terms and

Conditions.

For releases that are subject to the maximum tariff rate, the maximum firm volumetric rate

applicable to capacity release transactions where the releasing customer's notice provides for

bids on a volumetric basis is $0.1093 per Dth per day exclusive of surcharges, which is the 100%

load factor equivalent of the Rate Schedule FT-1 Reservation Charge.
