29. NOTICES
29.1 General Notice Procedures. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Tariff, particularly
with regard to notices and communications required through Transporter's EBB or via Electronic Notice
Delivery, any notice, request, demand, or communication ("Notice") provided for in these General Terms and
Conditions or in the Rate Schedules, or any other Notice that Transporter or Shipper may desire to give to
the other, shall be in writing and shall be considered as duly delivered when mailed by registered mail to
the Post Office address of Transporter or Shipper, or at such other address as either shall designate for
such Notice. Monthly payments, except those required to be made by wire or other electronic transfer, shall
be considered as duly delivered when mailed either by registered or ordinary mail. Routine communications
by telephone between members of the operating staffs of Transporter and Shipper shall be considered duly
delivered without confirmation by mail. If Transporter is required by this Tariff to provide any Notice to
a Shipper by telephonic communication, Transporter may, at its option, make such communication via
Electronic Notice Delivery without any telephonic communication.
29.2 To the extent Transporter is authorized under this Tariff to provide any notice via Electronic Notice
Delivery, and Transporter becomes aware that the Electronic Notice Delivery notification sent by Transporter
has failed, Transporter shall recommunicate such notice via telephone or facsimile.
