FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

(b) For all service rendered under this Rate Schedule, Shipper each

month shall pay Transporter the charges set forth below, unless (1) a

discounted rate is otherwise mutually agreed to by Transporter and Shipper

in accordance with Section 3 of the pro forma service agreement with

respect to the charges identified in this Section 3(b) below, and specified

in Shipper's FT-1 Service Agreement, or (2) the Shipper and Transporter

mutually agree to a negotiated rate in accordance with Section 47

(Negotiated Rates) of the General Terms and Conditions, and Transporter

makes the appropriate filings with the Commission.
