B. Negotiated Rate or Rate Formula:

A monthly reservation charge of $3.3781 for each Dth of MDTQ. A

commodity charge of $0.0000 for each Dth transported. The fuel

retention percentage posted for Rate Schedule FTS services as set

forth in Operator's FERC Gas Tariff, as it may be amended,

superseded or adjusted pursuant to that Tariff. ACA and other

surcharges required by FERC and included in Operator's FERC Gas

Tariff, applicable to Operator's Rate Schedule FTS customers.

All other charges or surcharges applicable to Operator's Rate

Schedule FTS, as they may be applicable from time to time.

per Day.

Contract FTS3006 has a primary expiration date of 3/25/2029.

H. Affirmation:

The effective service agreement deviates from the form of service

agreement in this tariff.
