NEGOTIATED RATES

A. Company Name - Contract Number:

Statoil Natural Gas LLC (Statoil) - 5L00001.

B. Negotiated Rate or Rate Formula:

Statoil shall pay Operator a reservation charge of $0.50 per Dth

per month on a year-round basis for each Dth of ISQ, with

reservation charge credits of $0.0164 per Dth for each Dth of

nominated ISQ that Operator fails to provide on any day that is

not expressly excused pursuant to the provisions of Rate Schedule

LTD-1 or other provisions of Operator's FERC Gas Tariff.

The effective service agreement does not deviate in any material

aspect from the form of service agreement in this tariff.
