Application of Rate Discounts

30. APPLICATION OF RATE DISCOUNTS

Any rate discount from a maximum unit rate published in

Volume No. 1 of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff and provided by

Pipeline to any Customer pursuant to a Service Agreement entered

into after November 18, 1994, shall be applied to reduce the

applicable constituents of the maximum unit rate in this order:

(1) TOP usage surcharge, (2) TCRA; (3) Base Rate, and (4) Section 18

Surcharge.
