B. Pipeline shall comply with the Commission's regulations regarding the FERC's Standards

of Conduct, as described in Section 11C.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, with

appropriate notices and information postings.

C. Pipeline shall not be responsible for, and E-SCRIPT System User shall indemnify and

hold Pipeline harmless from, all suits, actions, debts, accounts, damages, costs,

losses, and expenses of any kind arising from or out of adverse claims of any or all

persons, which may result from Customer's use of Pipeline's E-SCRIPT System or

communications at Pipeline's Designated Site; provided, however, that Pipeline will

not be indemnified to the extent of its own negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud

in causing such damage or liability.
