CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES

20. CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES

Pipeline shall charge an amount to reimburse Pipeline for

all costs associated with any facilities installed by Pipeline,

with Customer's prior approval, to receive or deliver natural gas

for the account of Customer; however, Pipeline shall have no

obligation to construct, modify, improve, or alter any of

facilities in order to provide service under this Tariff.
