Appalachian Aggregation Points

D. Pipeline will have no obligation to accept a

nomination or schedule gas for an Appalachian-Area

Shipment from a Receipt Point that is used by more

than one Customer unless, in advance of shipment,

all Customers delivering gas to Pipeline at such

Receipt Point agree to an allocation of all

quantities moving through that point by submitting

a predetermined allocation form, or the operator of

such point establishes such predetermined

allocation.

11E.7 Billing for Gathering and Extraction Services.

Customers will be billed for applicable gathering and

products extraction services based upon metered

quantities.
