GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Appalachian Aggregation Points
transportation is on Pipeline's "wet gas" system, the
products extraction rates shall apply. If, however,
Pipeline's transmission facilities are used to provide
service and Pipeline delivers gas to Delivery Points
that are upstream of the Aggregation Point, then the
usage charges set forth under Rate Schedule IT, or the
Reservation and usage charges set forth under Rate
Schedule FT, shall also apply. All gas introduced into
any of Pipeline's facilities, including facilities
upstream of Pipeline's Appalachian Aggregation Points,
without an effective transportation Service Agreement
will be subject to the provisions of Section 29 of the
General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff
(Unauthorized Gas).
11E.4 Transportation from an Aggregation Point. Agreements
for the transportation of gas downstream from an
Aggregation Point may be executed under Rate Schedules
IT, MCS, FT or FTNN. Firm transportation service
agreements may specify Aggregation Points as either
Primary or Secondary points.
11E.5 Preexisting Firm Transportation Agreements. Any
Customer receiving firm transportation service under a
Service Agreement executed prior to November 1, 1992,
shall have the right to elect to keep the individual
Appalachian Receipt Points, as stated in the Service
Agreement executed as of such date, or may elect to
replace such points with one or more Aggregation Points.
11E.6 Allocation of Capacity at an Aggregation Point.
A. No single firm transportation Customer shall secure
more than 30 percent of the capacity downstream
from any one major Aggregation Point with capacity
of 30,000 Dt per day or more.
B. If total nominations behind each Aggregation Point
exceed the physical capacity at each Aggregation
Point, capacity shall be allocated in the same
manner as capacity at other Receipt Points.
C. Pipeline shall have no obligation to schedule
deliveries of gas to an Aggregation Point unless
Pipeline has received corresponding nominations for
receipt of such gas and confirmation that a
Customer will accept the gas at the Aggregation
Point for redelivery downstream.
