Appalachian Aggregation Points

11E. APPALACHIAN AGGREGATION POINTS

11E.1 Pipeline has established the following Appalachian

Aggregation Points:

A. Appalachian Pooling North Point located for applicable

Appalachian gas entering north of Valley Gate junction

in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

B. Appalachian Pooling South Point located for applicable

Appalachian gas entering south of Valley Gate junction

in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

These Appalachian Aggregation Points are the

downstream terminus of two "Aggregation Areas"

comprised of the Pipeline's gathering and transmission

system located upstream of such points. From time to

time, Pipeline may establish additional aggregation

points by publishing notice on its Electronic Bulletin

Board.

11E.2 Use of the Appalachian System. All shipments of gas from

a Receipt Point upstream of an Aggregation Point

(hereinafter referred to as an "Appalachian-Area Shipment"

must be made under two, separate transportation agreements:

A. A Rate Schedule IT Service Agreement shall apply to

transportation services from the Receipt Point to the

Aggregation Point.

B. A different Service Agreement shall apply to

transportation services from the Aggregation Point to

the Delivery Point, as described in Section 11E.4.

below.

11E.3 Transportation to an Aggregation Point. All agreements

for the transportation of gas to an Aggregation Point shall

be executed under Pipeline's Rate Schedule IT, with the

understanding that Pipeline's obligation under such

agreement will be to receive gas into its system from any

well on a non-discriminatory basis, and to permit that well

to feed against Pipeline's line pressure as may exist from

time to time. If the gas will be transported through and

downstream of an Aggregation Point, the only charges that

shall apply for service to the Aggregation Point shall be
