GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Requesting and Scheduling Service
11A.2 Contracting for Service
A. Upon approval of a valid request for service pursuant to Section
11A.1.A, Pipeline shall offer the requesting Customer a contract
for service that conforms to the form of Service Agreement
contained in Pipeline's Tariff.
B. Customer shall execute the Service Agreement and return it to
Pipeline within fifteen Business Days of receipt of Service
Agreement from Pipeline, or within such other time period agreed
to by Pipeline on a not unduly discriminatory basis. If Customer
fails to return an executed Service Agreement within the
deadline, Pipeline's offer shall be withdrawn, and Customer's
request shall be void.
C. Bids for firm service using Pipeline's available capacity shall
be processed in accordance with GT&C Sections 23, 24, and 43.
D. Information Required For Service Authorized Under Section 311 of
the Natural Gas Policy Act To Commence or Continue:
1. Prior to the commencement of service authorized by 18 C.F.R.
Section 284.102(d), which allows interstate pipelines to
transport gas for certain customers of local distribution
companies and intrastate pipeline companies, the affected
local distribution company or intrastate pipeline
company must certify to Pipeline that:
a. the intrastate pipeline or local distribution company has
physical custody of and transports the natural gas at
some point; or
b. the intrastate pipeline or local distribution company
holds title to the natural gas at some point, which may
occur prior to, during, or after the time that the gas is
being transported by the interstate pipeline, for a
purpose related to its status and functions as an
intrastate pipeline or its status and functions as a
local distribution company; or
c. the gas is delivered at some point to a customer that
either is located in a local distribution company's
service area or is physically able to receive direct
deliveries of gas from an intrastate pipeline, and that
local distribution company or intrastate pipeline
certifies that it is on its behalf that the interstate
pipeline is providing transportation service.
