11. CURTAILMENT AND INTERRUPTION

 

11.1 Curtailment and Interruption Procedures for Storage and

Transportation Services. Pipeline shall have the right to

curtail, interrupt or discontinue service in whole or in

part on all or a portion of its system from time to time

and at any time for reasons of force majeure or when

necessary, in Pipeline's reasonable judgment, to meet its

system operating requirements or other service obligations.

Customer shall indemnify Pipeline from and against any and

all losses, damages or expenses of every kind and character

which Pipeline or Customer may suffer, sustain or be liable

for and hold Pipeline harmless from and against any and all

damages, claims, suits, actions or proceedings whatsoever

threatened or initiated as a result of any curtailment or

interruption invoked by Pipeline in accordance with

Pipeline's curtailment tariff provisions and any
