GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY OF TITLE

9. WARRANTY OF TITLE

Customer warrants that Customer, its principal or its

successors and assigns will at the time of delivery to Pipeline

have good and merchantable title to or good right to deliver all

gas delivered, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and

claims whatsoever, Customer will indemnify Pipeline and hold it

harmless from all suits, actions, debts, accounts, damages,

costs, losses and expenses of any kind arising from or out of

adverse claims of any or all persons to said gas, including

claims for any royalties, taxes, license fees or charges

applicable to such gas or to the delivery thereof to Pipeline

for service hereunder.
