GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Possession of Gas

8. POSSESSION OF GAS

8.1 As between Pipeline and Customer, Pipeline shall be deemed

to control and possess gas deliverable hereunder upon

receipt of such gas at the Receipt Point, until it is

delivered to Customer or for Customer's account, at the

Delivery Point. And, as between Pipeline and Customer,

Customer shall be deemed to control and possess the gas

prior to such receipt by Pipeline and after such delivery

to Customer or for Customer's account.

8.2 Subject to the provisions of Section 2 of the General Terms

and Conditions of this Tariff, Pipeline shall have no

responsibility with respect to any gas deliverable

hereunder until it is delivered into the facilities of

Pipeline, or on account of anything which may be done,

happen or arise with respect to such gas before such

delivery and Pipeline shall have no responsibility with

respect to such gas after its delivery to Customer or for

Customer's Account or on account of anything which may be

done, happen or arise with respect to such gas after such

delivery.
