DELIVERY PRESSURE

5. DELIVERY PRESSURE

5.1 Pipeline will use due care and diligence to maintain such

uniform pressures at delivery point(s) as may reasonably be

required by Customer, but the maximum pressure at which

Pipeline may be required to deliver gas to Customer shall

be that specified in the Service Agreement between Pipeline

and Customer.

5.2 Unless otherwise agreed in the executed Service Agreement,

all quantities of gas delivered by Pipeline for Customer at

Delivery Points shall be made at the pressure existing in

Pipeline's facilities.
