special test of any measuring equipment, the parties shall
cooperate to secure a prompt verification of the accuracy
of such equipment.
4.7 Meter Correction. If, upon test, any measuring equipment
is found to be in error by not more than 2 percent,
previous recordings of such equipment shall be considered
accurate in computing deliveries hereunder, but such
equipment shall be adjusted at once to record correctly.
If, upon test, any measuring equipment shall be found to be
inaccurate by an amount exceeding 2 percent at a recording
corresponding to the average hourly rate of flow for the
period since the last preceding test, then any previous
recordings of such equipment shall be corrected to zero
error for any period which is known definitely, but in case
the period is not known definitely or agreed upon, such
correction shall be for a period extending over one-half of
the time elapsed since the date of the last test, not
exceeding a correction period of six months.
4.8 Metering Record Preservation. Pipeline shall preserve on
microfilm or otherwise for a period of at least three years
all test data, charts and other similar records.
4.9 Measurement data corrections should be processed within
six months of the production month with a three-month
rebuttal period. This standard shall not apply in the
case of deliberate omission or misrepresentation or mutual
mistake of fact. Parties' other statutory or contractual
rights shall not otherwise be diminished by this standard.
