TTT RATE SCHEDULE

Title Transfer Tracking

8.3 The payment of a penalty for any conduct shall not be

construed as giving any Customer the right to engage in

such conduct; nor shall payment be construed as a

substitute for any other remedy available to Pipeline or to

any other Customer against the Customer incurring a penalty

for failure to adhere to its obligations under this Rate

Schedule, the TTT Agreement, or the General Terms and

Conditions of this Tariff.

9. LIMITATIONS ON TITLE TRANSFER TRACKING SERVICES

9.1 Notice Required. Customer shall give Pipeline notice of

nominations for Title Transfer Tracking Services consistent

with the requirements of Section 11A of the General Terms

and Conditions of this Tariff.

9.2 Scheduling. Customer may nominate to Pipeline quantities

for TTT Service at each Eligible Point identified in

accordance with Section 6, above. Pipeline shall endeavor

to provide on any one Day as much of Customer's nominations

for TTT Service as Pipeline's systems and operating

conditions will permit, in accordance with the scheduling

provisions of Section 11A of the General Terms and

Conditions.

9.3 Interruption. In the event of an interruption of services

under this Rate Schedule, Customer may be subject to the

following conditions

A. Pipeline may not accept or confirm nominations for TTT

Service at points where Pipeline has determined that

capability is not available; or

B. Customer may be required to limit nominations to

identified Eligible Points.
