GSS-II RATE SCHEDULE

General Storage Service

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

This Rate Schedule shall apply to storage service rendered

by Pipeline to Customer under the service agreement executed for

service hereunder. Service rendered under this Rate Schedule,

within the limitations described in Sections 7 and 8 below, shall

be firm and shall not be subject to curtailment, interruption, or

discontinuance except as provided herein or in the General Terms

and Conditions of this Tariff.

3. STORAGE DEMAND AND CAPACITY

The executed Service Agreement shall specify the Storage

Demand and the Storage Capacity, as defined in the General Terms

and Conditions.

4. RATE

The applicable rates and charges under this Rate Schedule

shall include all applicable rates and charges set forth at the

currently effective Sheet Nos. 32-99 of this Tariff, and these

rates and charges are incorporated herein by reference.

5. MONTHLY BILL

5.1 For natural gas storage service under this Rate Schedule,

Customer shall pay Pipeline each month the following:

A. A Storage Demand Charge. A charge per month per Dt of

Storage Demand.

B. A Storage Capacity Charge. A charge per month per Dt

of Storage Capacity.

C. An Injection Charge. A charge per Dt for all gas

injected during the billing month.

D. A Withdrawal Charge. A charge per Dt for all gas

withdrawn during the billing month.

E. A "From Customer's Balance" Charge. A charge per Dt

for all gas withdrawn for Customer under Section 9 of

this Rate Schedule, during the billing month.
