11. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's effective

FERC Gas Tariff, and any revisions thereof that may be

proposed and made effective from time to time hereafter,

to the extent not inconsistent with this Rate Schedule,

shall apply to and are made a part of this Rate

Schedule.

11.2 Applicable provisions of the General Terms and

Conditions include, without limitation, Section 11B

(Operational Flow Orders). Customer may be subject to

operational flow orders issued by Pipeline, as set forth

in detail in Section 11B.4.
