IT RATE SCHEDULE

Interruptible Transportation Service

3. DAILY QUANTITIES

The executed Service Agreement shall specify an MDTQ

(Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity), as defined in

Section 1.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this

Tariff. Pipeline shall also receive, at the Receipt

Point(s), an amount for fuel retention and charges.

4. RATE

The applicable maximum and minimum rates and charges

per Dt for deliveries shall include all applicable rates and

charges set forth on the currently effective Sheet Nos. 32-

99 of this Tariff, and these rates and charges are incorporated

herein by reference.

5. MONTHLY BILL

5.1 For service under this Rate Schedule, Customer shall

pay Pipeline each month the following amounts:

A. A Usage Charge. A charge per Dt for all gas

delivered during the billing month, except as

provided in Section 11E.3 of the General Terms and

Conditions of this Tariff.

B. A Gathering Usage Charge.

1. If Customer delivers gas to Pipeline into any pipeline

or compression facility or facilities, listed as

gathering regardless of size, pressure, or location,

gas will be retained based on the percentage as set

forth on Sheet No. 32 for all of the quantities

received at the meter during the billing month. The

facilities listed as gathering are shown in Pipeline's

FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1A.
