Firm Transportation, No-Notice Service

C. An amount to reimburse Pipeline for the filing fees

associated directly with the transportation service

and paid to the Federal Energy Regulatory

Commission; provided, however, that Pipeline shall

notify Customer in advance of the applicability and

amount of any such filing fee; and

D. Cost of facilities as described in Section 20 of

the General Terms and Conditions;
