11. PRIOR RATE SCHEDULES SUPERSEDED

11.1 This Rate Schedule cancels and supersedes Pipeline's Rate

Schedule TF.

11.2 Service performed as of the date of the effectiveness

of this Rate Schedule under Pipeline's former Rate Schedule

TF will be performed under this Rate Schedule, subject to

the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.

12. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's effective

FERC Gas Tariff, and any revisions thereof that may be proposed

and made effective from time to time hereafter, to

the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Rate

Schedule, shall apply to and are made a part of this Rate

Schedule.
