FORM OF RELEASE NOTICE (Cont'd)

3. Releasor's Recall Rights. Releasor's recall rights shall be subject to the following

requirements:

(a) The frequency with which Releasor may recall the capacity shall be:

4. Form of Price Bid. Bids for the capacity and service rights to be released and assigned are
