26.7 The parties hereto shall preserve (or cause to be preserved) all test data, charts, and other
similar records, including binary or machine-readable representations of information stored in
computer memory or other electronic devices which are created through the use of Electronic
Measurement, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission) or other regulatory bodies having jurisdiction with respect to the retention
of such records, but in no case less than three years.
26.8 The Transporter may, at its option, determine the heating value of the gas with a recording
calorimeter or chromatograph. If the Transporter does not elect to use a recording calorimeter,
the heating value of the gas shall be determined by the Transporter from continuous samples taken
under tender conditions and run on a chromatograph.
