21. REGULATORY FEES

Shipper shall pay to Transporter all fees required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or

any regulatory body having jurisdiction, relating to service provided under any of Transporter's Rate

Schedules including, but not limited to, filing, reporting, and application fees.
