12.2 Maximum Daily Quantity at Receipt Points.

(a) Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity at each point of receipt under Transporter's firm service Rate

Schedules shall be set forth in the applicable Service Agreement.

(b) The sum of Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity at all receipt points shall equal the sum of the

Transportation Demand under Shipper's firm Service Agreements plus quantities necessary for Retainage.
