(2) Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the

Commodity Rate for service shall be Transporter's

then-effective maximum rate for service under Rate Schedule

APAL-1, or other superseding Rate Schedule, as such rates may

be changed from time to time.

(3) All applicable Surcharges, including but not limited to those

assessed pursuant to Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the General

Terms and Conditions, for each Dekatherm of Gas Parked or

Loaned under this Agreement shall be paid. Such Charges or

Surcharges shall not be applicable if paid on related

Transportation Service.
