(iv) The Data Verification Committee shall review the

information submitted pursuant to subparagraphs (i) and

(ii) and, within 60 days of receipt of the request

described in subparagraph (i), the Data Verification

Committee shall state, in writing provided to

Transporter's buyers, whether and the extent to which

the Data Verification Committee believes that the

method of computing Emergency Curtailment Entitlement

Level should be modified as requested. Transporter

shall modify that method accordingly. Any

implementation by Transporter of the conclusion of the

Data Verification committee shall be immediately

effective and shall remain effective until altered by

the FERC.
