between Primary Point(s) under any of Transporter's firm rate
schedules shall receive a credit. The credit shall be equal to
twenty-five percent (25%) of the daily reservation rate (and/or
storage capacity rate, when applicable) under such Shipper's
affected Agreement, times the quantity of capacity interrupted as
reduced by such quantities scheduled and flowing to Secondary
Point(s) for each Day of interruption. If the event of force majeure
continues for fourteen (14) Days or more, the crediting shall be
discontinued as of the beginning of the fifteenth Day, leaving the
Shipper liable for the applicable full reservation rate and/or
storage capacity rate, when applicable, pursuant to the affected
Agreement from that Day forward. If the event of force majeure
continues for forty-five (45) Days or more, the crediting shall
resume as of the beginning of the forty-sixth Day, and shall
continue indefinitely until the force majeure is remedied.
