(g) If bids from two or more Bidding Shippers result in bids of the

highest equal value, the first bid received of highest equal

value will be awarded the capacity.

When Transporter makes awards of capacity for which there have

been multiple bids meeting minimum conditions, Transporter

shall award the bids, best bid first, until all offered

capacity is awarded (NAESB Standard 5.3.4).
