Receipt, then the temperature of such Gas shall not exceed 90

degrees Fahrenheit.

(e) Shipper warrants that the hydrocarbon dew point of all Gas

Tendered will not exceed a temperature of 25 degrees Fahrenheit

at any pressure between 100 p.s.i.a. and 1,480 p.s.i.a. as

calculated from the Gas composition.

Notwithstanding Sections 3.1 through 3.3, Transporter shall not be

required to receive Gas at any Point of Receipt which is of a

any Point(s) of Receipt.

(b) Transporter may accept Gas with a hydrocarbon dew point in

excess of 25 degrees Fahrenheit at any pressure between 100
