hereunder shall be withdrawn no later than the last Day of May of

each year, and 100 percent of all quantities stored hereunder shall

be withdrawn upon the expiration of the term of the Agreement. If on

Transporter failed to withdraw and Deliver the quantities requested

by Shipper. Any quantities required to be withdrawn which have not

been withdrawn as provided hereunder shall become the property of

Transporter without charge and shall be free and clear of any

adverse claims.

shall be deemed to have complied with Transporter's

requirement.
