AUTOMATIC INTERRUPTIBLE PARKING AND LENDING SERVICE

2.1 (continued)

(b) Automatic Parking and Lending Service under this Rate Schedule

will be performed when, in Transporter's reasonable judgement,

Transporter has capacity available to provide such service

without detriment or disadvantage to Transporter's firm

obligations, system operational needs and Interruptible

Transportation Service.

(c) Automatic Parking and Lending quantities resulting from Daily

Scheduled Imbalance Quantities under all Transportation service

agreements, except for receipts and/or deliveries on the High

Plains System, held by Shipper will be balanced as a single

quantity each Day at the Park and Loan Point designated for the

Month by Transporter and cumulated with any existing balances

under an Agreement.
