5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions contained in this Tariff, except as

modified in the Agreement, are made a part of this Rate Schedule. In

particular, but without limitation, the scheduling provisions of Section

6, the operating provisions of Section 11, the contract procedures and

crediting provisions of Section 4 and the gas quality provisions of

Section 3.
