(b) Daily Authorized Withdrawal Overrun. An amount obtained by
multiplying the quantity withdrawn from storage on any Day
which is in excess of Shipper's ADWQ by the Daily Authorized
Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate as agreed to by the Parties.
The Daily Authorized Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate shall be
the applicable maximum rate unless otherwise agreed to by
Transporter and Shipper and shall not be less than the
applicable minimum rate or more than the applicable maximum
rate as set forth on the Statement of Rates.
(c) Daily Authorized Storage Capacity Overrun. An amount obtained
by multiplying the quantity of Gas in Place on any Day which is
in excess of Shipper's MAC by the Daily Authorized Capacity
Overrun Rate. The Daily Authorized Capacity Overrun Rate shall
be the applicable maximum rate unless otherwise agreed to by
Transporter and Shipper and shall not be less than the
applicable minimum rate or more than the applicable maximum
rate as set forth on the Statement of Rates.
(d) Shipper shall pay only one daily authorized overrun charge when
Shipper's authorized injection overruns result in an authorized
storage capacity overrun. Shipper shall pay the higher of the
Daily Authorized Injection Overrun charge, calculated pursuant
to Section 4.1(a) above, or the Daily Authorized Storage
Capacity Overrun charge, calculated pursuant to Section 4.1(c)
above.
5. FUEL REIMBURSEMENT
5.1 Shipper shall furnish to Transporter the Fuel Reimbursement as
defined in Section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions. Quantities
of Gas Tendered under this Rate Schedule shall be adjusted for Fuel
Reimbursement attributed to Storage Service.
