(e) Shipper has (1) entered into a Transportation Service Agreement

under Transporter's Rate Schedule TF-1 or (2) made appropriate

firm transportation service arrangements with a third Party on

third Party facilities for storage withdrawal. For quantities

Transported from Point of Withdrawal using Rate Schedule TF-1,

the Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity ("MDWQ") as set forth in

Shipper's Agreement must be equal to or less than the highest

monthly MDQ of the Rate Schedule TF-1 Agreement. The term of

the Agreement under Rate Schedule TF-1 must be equal to or

greater than the term of the Agreement;

(f) Shipper has met the service requirements specified in Section 4

of the General Terms and Conditions, including the

creditworthiness conditions of Section 4.14 of the General

Terms and Conditions.
