4. OVERRUN TRANSPORTATION

4.1 Daily Authorized Delivery Overrun. On any Day, upon request of

Shipper and with Transporter's consent, Shipper may take Deliveries

of quantities of Gas in excess of Shipper's MDQ as limited by

Shipper's TADWQ at each Point of Delivery. All such quantities shall

be transported as authorized overrun Gas and shall be transported on

an interruptible basis. Shipper shall pay an amount obtained by

multiplying the quantity of such overrun Gas Delivered by

Transporter and accepted by Shipper at each Point(s) of Delivery

during the Month by the Daily Authorized Delivery Overrun Rate.

4.2 Daily Authorized Overrun Charges for Totem Storage. On any Day, upon

request of Shipper, subject to the provisions of the Agreement,

including, but not limited to, the duty of Shipper not to exceed the

Totem Reservoir Integrity Inventory Limit, Transporter may accept or

Deliver, on an interruptible basis, quantities in excess of

Shipper's TADIQ, TADWQ or TMAC and Shipper shall pay for such

overrun service as follows:

(a) Daily Authorized Injection Overruns. An amount obtained by

multiplying the quantity injected into Totem Storage on any Day

which is in excess of Shipper's TADIQ by the Daily Authorized

Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate. The Daily Authorized

Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate shall be the applicable

maximum rate unless otherwise agreed to by Transporter and

Shipper and shall not be less than the applicable minimum rate

or more than the applicable maximum rate as set forth on the

Statement of Rates.

(b) Daily Authorized Withdrawal Overruns. An amount obtained by

multiplying the quantity withdrawn from Totem Storage on any

Day which is in excess of Shipper's TADWQ by the Daily

Authorized Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate. The Daily

Authorized Injection/Withdrawal Overrun Rate shall be the

applicable maximum rate unless otherwise agreed to by

Transporter and Shipper and shall not be less than the

applicable minimum rate or more than the applicable maximum

rate as set forth on the Statement of Rates.
