4.2 Daily Authorized Overrun Charges for Storage. (continued)

(e) Shipper shall pay only one daily authorized overrun charge

when Shipper's authorized injection overruns also result in

an authorized storage capacity overrun. Shipper shall pay

the higher of the Daily Authorized Injection Overrun charge,

calculated pursuant to Section 4.2(a) above, or the Daily

Authorized Storage Capacity Overrun charge, calculated

pursuant to Section 4.2(c) above.
