2.9 Hourly Delivery Transfer (continued).

(d) Hourly Delivery Transfers may be limited by Transporter's

operational capability, as solely determined by Transporter,

which may be affected by storage injection or withdrawal

requirements and gas BTU limitations at certain locations.

Hourly Delivery Transfers will only occur when no adverse

impact or reduction in service to any other firm shipper will

result.
