2.4 Shippers under this Rate Schedule TF-2 shall be subject to the

Joint Monthly Operating Plan, Operational Flow Orders, and

Configuration Flow Orders as provided in Article 7 of the

General Terms and Conditions.

2.5 This service shall be subject to Article 2 of the General Terms

and Conditions pertaining to capacity release.
