2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 Transportation Service at and between Primary Point(s) of Receipt

and Delivery up to Shipper's Maximum Delivery Quantity ("MDQ") shall

be considered firm, and shall not be subject to interruption by

Transporter except as required in this Tariff, including but not

limited to, interruption due to Operational Flow Orders as provided

in the General Terms and Conditions.
