the Demand Charge shown on Sheet No. 15/15A

by an amount equal to the change in

Columbia's Reservation Charges. Any such

changes shall be tracked concurrently with

Columbia's changes.

(ii) Storage Contract Quantity Charge - The

Storage Contract Quantity charge is based

on Columbia's Rate Schedule FSS Capacity

Charge. Seller will reduce and may increase

such charge shown on Sheet No. 15/15A by an

amount equal to the change in Columbia's

respective charge. Any such changes shall

be tracked concurrently with Columbia's

change.

(iii) Injection Charge - The Injection Charge is

based on Columbia's Rate Schedule FSS

Injection Charge. Seller shall reduce and

may increase such charge shown on Sheet No.

15/15A by an amount equal to the change in

Columbia's charge. Any such change shall be

tracked concurrently with Columbia's

changes.

(iv) Withdrawal Charge - The Withdrawal Charge is

based on Columbia's Rate Schedule FSS

Withdrawal Charge and Rate Schedule SST

Commodity Charge. Seller shall reduce and

may increase such charge shown on Sheet No.

15/15A by an amount equal to the change in

Columbia's respective charges. Any such

changes shall be tracked concurrently with

Columbia's changes.

(v) Refunds - Within forty-five (45) days of the

receipt thereof, Seller will refund to its

CWS customers all amounts refunded to Seller

by Columbia under Columbia's FSS and SST

Rate Schedules, including any interest paid

by Columbia. Each customer's proportionate

part of such refund shall be determined in

the same manner as the refund from Columbia

was determined.
