of days in the applicable month, expressed to the

nearest one-one hundredth of one percent.

 

(c) Unrecovered Transportation Cost Surcharges

 

The Transportation Demand Surcharge and the Trans-

portation Commodity Surcharge for amortizing the

Unrecovered Transportation Cost Account shall be

separately determined.

 

The Transportation Demand Surcharge shall be

determined by dividing (1) the Demand subaccount

balance accumulated in the Unrecovered Transpor-

tation Cost Account during the current deferral

period by (2) Seller's projected jurisdictional

Demand Billing Determinants for twelve (12)

consecutive months beginning November 1st.

 

The Transportation Commodity Surcharge shall be

determined by dividing (1) the Commodity sub-

account balance accumulated in the Unrecovered

Transportation Cost Account during the current

deferral period by (2) Seller's projected

jurisdictional Commodity Billing Determinants

for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning

November 1st.

 

(d) Refunds

 

Commencing with the effective date of the

Unrecovered Transportation Cost Account all

Transportation Cost Refunds received by

Seller during the period Section 23 remains

effective shall be segregated between Demand

and Commodity and will be disbursed to juris-

dictional customers in accordance with the

general rules of refunding found in Section

21.6 (Refunds) of Seller's PGA clause herein.
