sheets and schedules to support the rates.

21.5 New Base Tariff Rates

Upon expiration of 36 months after the later of (1)

the effective date of New Base Tariff Rates placed

into effect subject to refund under Section 4(e) of

the Natural Gas Act, or (2) the effective date of New

Base Tariff Rates determined by the Commission in a

Section 4(e) or 5(a) proceeding (including rates

established by Commission approval of a settlement

thereof), Seller shall file revised tariff sheet Nos.

5 & 6 to establish new Base Tariff Rates and

concurrently therewith the data necessary to comply

with the requirements of Section 154.303(e) of the

Commission's Regulations.

21.6 Refunds

(a) General Rule

(i) Seller shall return to its jurisdictional

customers the jurisdictional portion of all

refunds or revenue credits, including

billing adjustments under subsections

270.101(e) and 273.302 of the Commission's

Regulations, and of all interest computed on

these amounts received from its suppliers

for Seller's purchases of natural gas in

addition to any applicable carrying charges

computed under Section 21.6(b) of this

section during its deferral period by

crediting or debiting, as appropriate, such

amount(s) to a separately identified

subaccount of Account No. 191.
