(b) Rate adjustments under this Section, if any, shall
be filed to become effective on May 1 and November
1 of each year.
(c) No change in rates of the Affected Rate Schedule
shall be made unless there is a change in the
commodity or delivery charges of at least 0.1 cent
per dt.
(d) At least thirty (30) days before the effective date
of a change in the commodity or delivery charges of
the Affected Rate Schedules, Seller shall file with
the Commission and serve on Buyer and interested
state commissions a statement showing the amount in
the Deferred Account, the computation of the Unit
Adjustment for the Determination period and the
revised tariff sheets. Such filing of the
statement and tariff sheets shall be sufficient as
a rate change filing, irrespective of any
additional requirements of the Rules and
Regulations of the Commission under the Natural Gas
Act.
21. Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment Clause
This purchased gas cost adjustment (PGA) clause specifies
the procedures to be utilized to adjust the effective rates
contained in Seller's jurisdictional rate schedules to reflect
changes in Seller's average cost of purchased gas.
